It’s a little too late for me to write about this book. I bought it a few months ago but only got the chance to finish reading it yesterday!
The novel is based on a true story and started when a Rabbi asked the author to do his eulogy. The author thought that he is doing a favour but actually, he is being given one. I may come from a different faith but this book is a good read. It makes me think and reflect from my own faith’s perspective.
I admire the author’s ability to write about something very close to life. There’s so much basic but significant things in life that we need to keep close to our hearts. Maybe people forget about these things. Other books by Mitch are Tuesdays with Morrie, The Five People You Meet In Heaven and For One More Day.
